    Yes, we offer trial shoots for new clients. This allows you to experience our services and see the quality of our work before committing to a full package. Contact us to schedule your trial shoot.
  • What is the turnaround time for receiving photos and videos?
    You will receive the photos and floor plans within 24 hours after the shoot. Videos are usually delivered within 2-3 business days. We prioritise quick turnaround times to ensure you can list your property as soon as possible.
  • How can I get a quote for your services?
    Our prices vary depending on the type of service and the package you choose. We offer everything from budget to high-quality marketing packages.
  • Can I book a same-day shoot?

  • Am I allowed to be present during the shoot?
    Yes, you are welcome to be on-site during the shoot. Our photographers are professional and will ensure the process is smooth and efficient. Your presence can help ensure that we capture the shots you need.

    To prepare a home for photography, ensure all rooms are clean and clutter-free. Open curtains and blinds to let in natural light, and consider adding fresh flowers or plants for a touch of color.   • Do you invoice per job or monthly?

  • How do I make a booking?
    To book a shoot, you can either use the online booking form on our website, give us a call on (02) 8313 5429, or email us at bookings@assetphotographers.com.au.
  • What do you deliver after a shoot?
    After the shoot, we’ll send you two sets of images: high-resolution photos edited for print, and low-resolution versions optimised for web and social media. If you’d like a watermark added, just let us know.
  • What happens if it rains?
    Rain can usually be edited out of photos, so we’ll still go ahead with the shoot unless we hear otherwise from you. However, if the property has prominent views or visible puddles, this may affect the final result as those elements are harder to fix in editing. Our team will arrive onsite as planned unless you cancel. There's no cancellation fee if we’re notified at least 2 hours before the booking time.
  • Can I see samples of your work?
    Absolutely! At Asset Photographers, we know how important it is to showcase our work. You can view our portfolio anytime at www.assetphotographers.com.au. If you’d like to see recent work or samples in a specific style, just email us at info@assetphotographers.com.au and our team will send through what you need.
